Tribal Administration

The Tribal Administration Department has been charged with the monitoring of the day-to-day operations of the Tribe. The mission of Administration is to initiate and monitor over 90 contracts, grants, and budgets to ensure that they are in compliance with the established goals and objectives; monitoring to ensure that all departments are in compliance with the Personnel Policies and Procedures as well as Fiscal Policies and Procedures; coordinating, researching, and initiating proposals for funding that are feasible and in the best interest of the Tribe; reviewing, monitoring, and approving all Federal Accounting practices and procedures; and maintaining high quality employee benefits.
