Property Management Office
The Property Management Office provides inventory control of all equipment belonging
to the Tribe. All new equipment is properly tagged as it is purchased and the Officer maintains a storage area
for all excess property. The Property Officer reviews and stays current on federal regulations and property
management. The Department is responsible for records and inventory including condition and location.
Inventories of all property are made once a year. Reports are made to the Tribal Administrator and the
applicable property is disposed of according to federal requirements. The Department also conducts Audit
Reports and Inventory Checks with regulatory agencies.
